The Dalya Estate offers a perfect combination of contemporary comforts and relaxed elegance set in lush landscaping that brings to mind Tuscany or Provence. 

Families and friends traveling together each have their own private haven but also countless delightful spaces on the estate to convene: stroll the vineyard, swim, savor the views, wine and dine together both indoors and al fresco.

You’ll be enveloped in a world of your own, but still just minutes from some of the best boutique wineries in the world.  Enjoy Sonoma’s coastal charms and its small-town vibes: pampering spas, majestic drives along the Pacific Coast, serene hiking trails through the redwoods, vibrant local music and art scene, and world-class culinary creativity at every turn.

Vineyard House — The main house is a light-filled 2,400 square foot home comprised of 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Floor to ceiling glass Nano doors in the main living and dining area open to an expansive backyard with stunning views over the solar heated 60’ lap pool and jaccuzzi framed by neighboring Pinot vineyards. The home has a beautiful open layout, a fully equipped chef’s kitchen featuring a 6-burner Viking Gas Range with dual ovens, Subzero professional-line fridge, Shaw’s fireclay sink, spacious butler’s pantry, and a grand, gracious marble island for gathering, wining and dining.

Heated through hydronic radiant floor heating, and outfitted with energy-efficient air conditioning during the summer, the Vineyard House is perfect in every season. Washer and Dryer are located just outside the glass doors, in a private laundry room. The adjacent Pool House charms with a vine-covered outdoor shower and is perfect for lounging or napping just steps from the majestic views and the in-ground spa.

The entire grounds are served by solar panels and backup generators to keep power and services operational year-round. EV charging for 2 cars in the main car park.

While our property is expansive, it is surrounded on three sides by large commercial vineyards. We do have neighbors with whom we share a mutual respect for local noise ordinances. Our goal is to provide a relaxing retreat where friends and family can kick back, laugh and enjoy themselves immensely.

Guest Cottage — The guest cottage is a 1,400 square foot, romantically renovated 1920’s farmhouse with 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, and a loft with a bonus Queen bed and Double futon.

Large, original windows afford views of the gardens and vineyards on all sides and flood the home with natural light. The fully equipped kitchen features a marvelous vintage O’Keefe and Merritt range. A beautiful wrap-around covered porch overlooks the rose gardens and offers perfect indoor-outdoor flow. Air conditioned to keep things comfortable in the height of summer, and come winter, central heat and a gas fireplace warm the home. The Guest Cottage also has its own laundry area just outside the kitchen nook. Adjacent you will find a stunning “secret garden” for magical al fresco dining with a lawn lit by criss-crossing globe lights, a generous screened in porch, perfect for an afternoon siesta or escaping with a good read. The Gardens — No matter the time of year, you will be surrounded by glorious, fragrant gardens. Figs in summer, bountiful lemons and oranges in winter. Ravenous roses from April to November. Jasmine and oleander perfuming the summer air, daphne’s intoxicating scent to brighten the winter, and apple blossoms heralding spring. Vineyards blushing after harvest, and magnificent autumn color from bountiful oakleaf hydrangeas, Chinese Pistache and Japanese maples.
