Vineyard lifestyle, perfected.

DALYA ESTATE

The name of the estate has an interesting backstory. I was hesitant to name it after myself until a half-remembered detail surfaced in my thoughts. I did some research and found that my name in Hebrew means “a slender twig or branch, particularly of an olive tree or grapevine.” I realized the “Dalya Estate” was meant to carry my name.

A woman with blue eyes and a turquoise top kneels in a vineyard, holding a glass of white wine, surrounded by green grapevines with bunches of green grapes hanging from the vines.
Woman in a tan jacket holding a bottle of wine with a white label. She has shoulder-length brown hair and blue eyes, and is smiling moderately. In the background, there are people and blurred indoor elements.

About Dalya — Purchasing this estate was the very happy result of a personal quest to reclaim my piece of California, my lifelong home until I moved to Austin a few years ago. I spent thirty years living in Berkeley & Oakland, and my family still resides in Marin County, where I grew up just 45 minutes south of the estate, so having my own place close by was very important to me.

The Dalya Estate draws my dear friends and family to gather and share in the exceptional beauty of this love-at-first sight property: the joy and laughter we’ve experienced here somehow adorns this unique property which, we all agree, emanates more than just a touch of enchantment.

We think you’ll feel the same way.
